First, I just want to say “thank you” to those of you who have already subscribed to receive my email notifications. If you haven’t yet done this, I highly suggest it as updates will be coming much more rapidly from this point forward.
Second, I want to update you all on the status of my campaign. Up until last night I was ready to run for the Republican Party Committee position because I felt that is where I could make the biggest impact. But after an inspiring series of events yesterday I have decided to take a true leap of faith and reach for a position in which I can truly help to reform government by bringing about change from within the system.
Today I am proud to announce that my campaign has drastically changed. I will now be running for a seat in the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives for the 93rd Legislative District.
As a legislator I can have an immediate effect on the size and scope of government. I will be able to take action to protect the rights of my constituents so that they can enjoy and defend their lives, liberties and properties. I will be able to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the principles of freedom upon which they were based. Most importantly, I will be able to use my voice to speak for all of the disenchanted, discouraged and downtrodden citizens of the 93rd district who are frustrated with the never-ending growth of government and the corruption and unhappiness that inevitably follow.
We, the citizens of the 93rd district, know that we cannot spend our way out of debt. We know that there is no place for nepotism or favoritism in government. We know that our financial system is broken and only serves to fill the pockets of the elitists. We are ready to put an end to the “nanny state” and take care of ourselves. We know that we have been lied to.
We are ready to take government back.
